What we do
Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) is a specialist real estate investment manager operating primarily in the UK and Continental European markets. We aim to provide a one stop investment solution directed at two different types of investors; those that do not have the experience or local infrastructure to identify and manage their own real estate investments, and those that are looking to create a risk adjusted strategically balanced portfolio.
Success is measured by delivering investment returns which are either in line with or exceed each individual clients mandated target. However, recognising that all clients are different, the key principle behind our business is to provide a bespoke service, be it in terms of strategy, risk or reporting. The one consistent theme is our focus on adding value throughout every stage of a Client's ownership. Our involvement often starts with the creation of a targeted strategy and extends into the acquisition of the portfolio assets, identification and implementation of added value initiatives, rent collection, day to day property management, regular reports and market updates, advice as to timing of sale and, importantly, the co-ordination and management of all third party service providers (including lawyers, off shore administrators, debt providers and other professional consultants).
Strong governance ensures that all activity is subject to rigorous oversight. This includes third party appointments all of which require competitive tendering, providing our Clients with a consistency of approach as well as the comfort that they are benefiting from a best in class and market competitive service.
